She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Gardner and Nellie Gardner (Thraves); her daughters, Rita S. Ortlieb (Harry), Cynthia G. Campbell and Molly A. Hirschey (John); and her siblings, Lois Coyer, Ruth Kizzer, Arlene Christie, Marie Jackson, Mary Ashley, Margaret Lillie, William "Bud" and John J. Gardner.
She is survived by: her husband Lester Grandjean; her children, Rosie Souva (Michael) of Tempe, Diane Purvines (Bob) of Lowville and Reginald Grandjean (Kathy) of Syracuse; and her son-in-law Richard Campbell. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
