He is survived by: his parents, Maurice McDonald and Joanna Kurtright (David); his wife Jennifer McDonald; his children, Taylor McDonald and Ryan McDonald; his brothers, Kevin McDonald (Jennifer) and Michael McDonald (Heather); and his father-in-law Gioi Dang.
