He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Conn and George Rusk Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Susan of Marlboro; his daughters, Meeghan Alessandro (Joe) of Monroe, NY, Sarah Rusk (Anthony Torres) and Morgan Rusk of Marlboro; and his grandchildren, Taylor Chippendale, Devin Alessandro and Keira Torres.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be given to Marlboro Free Library or Sarah Hull Hallock Free Library in Milton.
