He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly; and his sister Christine. He is survived by: his wife Ann Wesner; and his siblings, Sherrie, Karl, Myra, Eric and Mark. He is also survived by 6 children.

Donations are being requested in honor of Mike, instead of flowers.
