She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy McAteer, Sr. and Irene "Babes" McAteer (Scotto); her brothers, Anthony and Carl; and her niece Christine.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Swartz; her sons, Christopher and William (Gretchen); her siblings, Irene, Kitty, Diane, Linda, Edie and Roy; and her sister-in-law Linda. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children of the Forest, Ocala, Florida or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
