He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo D'Angelico and Maria Renia D'Angelico. He is survived by: his wife Helen Antunovich D'Angelico; his children, Lisa Hazzard (Terri) of Marlboro and Lorenzo D'Angelico (Alexis) of Marlboro; his grandchildren, Anthony Hazzard (Scott), Tiffany Hazzard and Ava D'Angelico; and his aunts, Frances Lamendola and Josie Ferreri.
