He was predeceased by: his parent Maud Atkins; his wife Meriem Fitzgerald Atkins; and his sisters, Arlene and Eleanor. He is survived by: his son Charles (Rita); his grandchildren, Amanda, Chaz (Autumn) and Zachary; his brothers, Ernie (Linda) and William (Diane); and his pet Guinness. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
