He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Barley and Agnes Barley (Yerry); his wife Joan Barley (Bergamo); his siblings, Arthur, Richard Barley, Anne Wilson (Barley) and Alice Merryman (Barley); and his grandson Matthew Barley.
He is survived by: his children, Arthur (Laura), George (Denise), John (Stephanie) and Debra Mahusky (Patrick Bishop); his grandchildren, Amanda Metzger (Blythe), Jonathan Mahusky (Dana), Daniel Mahusky, Gregory Mahusky (Kaitlynd Lofaro), Braigan Barley (Antoinette), Sierra Barley, Maria Hall, David Barley, Richard Barley (Amanda) and Ellen Barley (Tom Coffey); and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Everett Barley and Lainey Mahusky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
