He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Markman and Estelle Markman (Siegelman); his wives, Edie and Edith Markman; and his brother Paul Markman.
He is survived by: his sons, Pete and Jeff; his daughter-in-law Christine; his sons, Peter Markman (Christine) of Highland, NY and Jeffrey Markman of Long Island, NY; his stepdaughter Liz Forte of Babylon, NY; his grandchildren, Manny and Andee Markman of Highland, NY; his stepgrandchildren, Bella and Marc Forte; and his former wife Maddy Greenwald (Howie) of Port Washington, NY.
