He is survived by: his wife Marion E. Flood; his children, Garth Monica (Debbie Woods) of Gouverneur, NY, Michelle Farrell (Robert) of Oswego, NY and Andrew Monica (Sarah) of Gouverneur, NY; his grandchildren, Jessica Rose (Robert Scott) of Gouverneur, NY, Kelsey Rose (Ryan Hunter) of Oswego, NY, Matthew and Grayson Monica of Gouverneur, NY; his great grandchildren, Audrie Hunter and Hudson Scott of Gouverneur, NY; and his sister Detra Delles of Philadelphia, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
He bowled at the Theresa Bowling Center until the pandemic.
