He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bowerman and Leta Bowerman; and his wife Dona. He is survived by: his children, Whitney Bowerman (Steven Mateo), Tanya Hasseler (Steve), Christopher Bowerman and James Bowerman (Anna); and his grandchildren, Donavyn, Darryn Mateo, James Jr., Nathaniel Bowerman, Sophia, Sienna Hasseler and Candice Bowerman.
