He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Tammy Purdy; his father Earl Schwiesow (Carol); and his siblings, Sally and Robin. He is survived by: his son Lance Purdy (Amanda Meyers); his siblings, Faye Leichtman (Ron), Mary Overlien (Gene), Richard Schwiesow (Sandra) and Tom Schwiesow (Marilu); and his close friend Polar. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
