He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marion Leonard and Robert Leonard; his uncle Danny Leonard; and his aunts, Bonnie Leonard and Mary Leonard.
He is survived by: his wife Nicole Leggue; his daughters, Autumn, Shaylyn and Adrianna Miller; his parents, Amanda Leonard and Patrick Miller; his sister Angela Fisk; his uncle Bobby Leonard (Sue); his aunt Kim Leonard; his sisters-in-law, Michele Beasaw (John) and Lisa Leggue; and his pet Zeke. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
