We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2024, at the age of 81, Brenda C Budd of Marion, New York, born in Rochester, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil M. Clum and Arline M. Clum; her brother Gary Clum; and her stepson Robert Budd. She is survived by: her children, Stacy Wehner (Joe Conti) and Kelly Altman (Dave); her stepchildren, Dorothy Haines (Chet), Deborah North (Chris) and William Budd (Denise); and her grandsons, Brian Smock Jr., David Altman (Erica) and Jacob Altman (Alyssa). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and several cousins.
