She is survived by: her husband Larry; her children, Jeffrey (Georgia) and Dawn Cermak (Daniel Mackney); her siblings, Nancy Dickey (late Wayne), Michael Crawley (Karen), David Crawley (Louise) and Patricia Anderson (William); and her caregiver Elma Primary. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
