She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Gore (Randall), Thomas (Beth) and Mark Lewis (Tammy); and her sister Catherine Andrews (Lynn). She is also survived by many grand-children, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
