He is survived by: his wife Louise Bielowicz Smith; his children, Douglas Smith, Jeffrey Smith (Tricia), James Sanford, Anna Higgins (Derik) and Abby Smith (Jacob); his grandchildren, Sophia, Ava, Connor, Aiden, Rhys and Jack; and his siblings, Stephen, David, Mike and LouAnne Weatherstone.
