He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Timothy (Elizabeth), Andrew (Lauryn) and Katherine (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Brady, Sarah and Sullivan; and his siblings, Steven Moore (Karen) and Colleen Frank (Edward). He is also survived by his family and friends.
