He was predeceased by: his parent Caesar Rastani; his sisters-in-law, Louis Rastani, Annette Rastani, Anthony Rastani, Theresa Rastani, Lugo Rastani, Marie Rastani, Guy Rastani and Cecelia Rastani; his brother Charles Rastani; his siblings-in-law, Mary Amrhein, Francis Amrhein, Angeline Polizzi, Philip Polizzi and Charles Bonanza; his son-in-law John E. Lugo; his mother-in-law Salvatore; and his close friend Kenneth Gotte.
He is survived by: his parent Santina Rastani (Adaline); his wife Sally; his children, Rhonda J. Lugo of Florida and Thomas N. Rastani, Jr. of Marcy; his grandchildren, Stephanie Lugo of Georgia, Kia Callaway of Georgia, John Callaway of Georgia and Shawn Lugo of Georgia; his sister-in-law Carol Brough; and his close friends, Russ Schmidt, Joanne Schmidt, Nick Capuana, Marilyn Capuana, Donna Harper, Forrest Harper, Andy Putrello, John Doolen, Beverly Doolen and Mike Johnson. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
