He is survived by: his wife Debora Burdick; his sons, Stephen Joseph Zuchowski, Peter Jensen, Chris Jensen, Matthew Thomas Zuchowski and James Lucas Zuchowski; his brother Thomas; his sister-in-law Carol Zuchowski; his nieces, Virginia Ann, Ann Elizabeth, Chloe and Carys; his sister-in-law Brenda Jones (Tyger Park); his parents-in-law, Sherrill "Butch" and Linda Burdick; and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by great-nieces, a great-nephew and cousins.
