He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kocyba; his children, Ralph Jr. (Karen) of Whitesboro, NY, Robert Sr. (Debra) of Marcy, NY, Steven (Kathleen) of Glastonbury, CT and Denise (Michael Simon) of New York Mills, NY.; his grandchildren, Nathaniel (Kimberly), Nicholaus, Melissa Robison (Jason), Jonathan (Carol), Robert II (Rebecca Blue), Dr. Eric (Quinn), Karrie Moskal (Mark), Jeff (Brittany Green), Brent, Kevin, Alexa, Michele, Luke, Haley and Holly Simon; his brother Donald; and his siblings-in-law, John, Janice Cieslewitz and Lillian Lorraine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private service will be held at Dimbleby Funeral Homes Inc. 40.
