(Johnson) Payne of Marcy, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on July 22, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Johnson and Margaret Johnson-Ford (Bowen); her daughter Tina Mae Riddell; her grandson Nicholas Antonio Talerico; her sisters, Janet L. Johnson, Judith Johnson and Jeanne A. Rosado; her brother-in-law Luis A. Rolon, Sr.; and her nephew Luis A. Rolon, Jr..
She is survived by: her stepfather Michael J. Ford; her husband Ralph Payne; her daughter Jo-Ann; her son-in-law Louis Velardi; her sons, Troy E. (Lori Riddell) and Travis Tulloch; her grandchildren, Alexis Riddell, Caitlin Riddell, Madison Riddell, Noah Walker and Giovanni Luciano Calicchia; her great grandchildren, Gianni Talerico and Vincent Antonio Talerico; her siblings, Joyce (Ralph Carman), Justine (Luis Ramos) and John H. Johnson; and also Aide. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
