She is survived by: her husband Alan Joseph Lazenby; her son Lee; her daughter-in-law Linda VanEtten; her daughter Amy VanEtten; her granddaughters, Stacey (Mike Magill) and Skyler VanEtten; her great grandchildren, Emily, Tyler and Lillian Magill; her brother Edward; her sister-in-law Karen McCoy, Jr.; and her sisters, Joanne Smith and Joyce Fordham. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
