He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Manley and Ellaleann Manley (Woodcock); his siblings, Frank Manley (Lila) and Kathleen Peterson (Edward); and his sisters-in-law, Sue Gawlikowski (Leonard) and Marjorie Knittel.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Knittel; his children, Eugene Manley Jr. (Rose Manley) of Rochester, Sharon Risley (Craig Risley) of Hamilton, Brian Manley (Dee Manley) of Florida and Edward Manley of Florida; and his sister Mary Jo Myers of Booneville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
