He was predeceased by: his sister Anne Burke; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Haug and Georgine Ward. He is survived by: his spouse Demis K. Lampman; his children, Dan Washburn (Jennifer) of Denver, CO. and Jennifer L. O'Connor (Randy) of Whitesboro, N. Y.; his sister Ellen Haug of Fort Myers, FL.; his sister-in-law Nancy Hickman (Bob) of Holland, MI.; and his grandchildren, Brooke, Allison, Logan and Sara. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
