She is survived by: her husband Henry J. Jakubowski (Link); her children, Christine Pape and Jeffrey; her daughter-in-law Pattie Jakubowski; her grandchildren, Ryan LaMay, Justin and Amber Jakubowski; her great grandchildren, Sophie, Oliver LaMay, Andrew and Camryn Jakubowski; her sister-in-law Carol Fallon; and her pets, Winston and Willow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
