It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Lukins (Marcellus, New York), who passed away on January 15, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his children, Cynthia, Karen (Dan), Stephen (Tracy), Deborah (Brian) and William (Kim); and his siblings, Martha (Keith) and David. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Contributions in his memory may be made to SAVES or Marcellus Ambulance.
