He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Helen Stanton; and his siblings, Freeman F. Stanton, Chester Stanton, Pearl L. Benedict, Florence E. Grace and Roselyn S. Hall.
He is survived by: his parents, William E. and Alice S. Stanton (Hayes); his children, Scott Stanton (Nancy) of Marcellus, NY and Marcy Bowles (David) of Syracuse, NY; his granddaughters, Hollie Reddington (Sean) of Essex Fells, NJ, Heather L. Bowles of Chicago, IL and Lindsey Suppes (Andrew) of Marcellus, NY; and his great grandchildren, Paige Reddington, Grace Reddington and Callum Reddington. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
