She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond; and her children, Eddy Cook and Jean Rigsby. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Cook (Lynda), Patricia Kappes (John) and Mary Ellen Kelly (J. Michael); her children-in-law, Sharon and Dan Rigsby (Karen); and her grandchildren, Shane Cook, Shelly Cook Barhites, Kenny Cook, Eddy Cook, Heather Cook Long, Brian Cook, Wendy Johnson, Mark Johnson, Patty Kappes, Sean Kelly and Andrew Rigsby. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
