She was predeceased by: her husband Walter L. Howard; and her daughter Melissa Benoy. She is survived by: her son William Howard (Karen); her grandchildren, Kayla Christian (Greg), John (Caroline) and Jason (Christine); her son-in-law Richard Benoy; and her sister-in-law Marion Shane.
