It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda M. Phillips of Marcellus, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Phillips, Kim Wilkinson (Mark) and Scott Phillips; and her grandchildren, Ryan Wilkinson (Kristin) and Katlyn Wilkinson.
