It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Howlett (Marcellus, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on March 8, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Walter. She is survived by: her husband Frank; and her children, Darleen Thompson (Jack) of Marietta, Frank, Jr. of Louisville, KY, Julie Holmes of Syracuse and Elizabeth Fritz (Lyman) of Montana. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
