He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kianka and Teresa Kianka (Macko); his sister Joan Johnson (Pudge); and his granddaughters, Tricilla Kianka and Elisabeth Scouten.
He is survived by: his sisters, Eleanor Labus (Bunny), Virginia Norris (Tiny) and Christine Kickbush; his sons, Tom (Linda), Jay (Christine), Mike (Roberta) and Chris (Celin); and his grandchildren, Dan, J. Matthew, Tim, Jon, Melody, Mike, Lacey and Chrysta. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
