He was predeceased by: his wife Chloe; his parents, James Harris and Rose Harris; and his brothers, James and Fredrick.
He is survived by: his brother Peter (Fran); his children, James (Joni), John Jr. (Leona) and Heidi Broton (Michael); his grandchildren, Joshua (Karrie), Tara, John Henry III (Megan), Olivia Rose, Emily and Michael; his great grandchildren, Joshua Jr., Faith Martens (Zach), Christopher, Nathaniel, Emma and Willow; and his great great grandchild John Michael Martens.
