She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Henderson (Case) and Raymond Henderson; her husband Leon Gere; her siblings, Henry, Edna, Mora, Alma, Ray Jr., John and Douglas; her nephews, John Hercsa and Daniel Stone; her niece Becky Davis; and her friends, Rita, Ruth and Alice Mahan.
She is survived by: her niece Cathy; and also Bill Douglas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
