He is survived by: his wife Susan Belcher (Jones); his daughters, Andrea Belcher of Skaneateles, Melissa Griffin (Travis) of Jack's Reef and Katelyn Belcher (Joseph) of Homer; his grandchildren, Taylor, Brandon, Emma and Colton; and his siblings, Ruth Ann Blauevelt of Lacona, NY and David John Belcher of Pittsfield, MA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
