He was predeceased by: his siblings, William and Kathleen. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Creech (Evans); his siblings, Audrey, Sam, John and Marie; his children, Mark, Wendy, Cathy and Cindy; and his stepsons, Robert and Chris. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
