He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille; and his daughter Barbara Jean. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Smith (Wendy) and Lucinda Willis (Bill); and his sister Caroline Jones. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
