He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Campbell and Gertrude Campbell; and his siblings, Ray Campbell, Mary Jean Maloney, Arden Campbell, Paul Campbell and Joan Root.
He is survived by: his pet Gigi; his wife Bonnie; and his children, David, Suzanne (Nick) and Jacob Campbell. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
