He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Baxter and Harry Baxter of Williston Park; his wife Eva Martin Baxter; and his children, Melinda Sparacio of Strasburg, VA, Robert Martin Baxter, Paris, France, Michael Baxter of Harrison, VA, Russell Baxter of Acworth, GA, Roger Baxter of Chesapeak, VA and Fifteen. He was also cherished by Fifteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made in Robert's name to the Chancel Choir Fund, St. Pauls Waccamaw United Methodist Church, 180 St. Paul's Place, Pawleys Island, SC 29585.
