He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Struempfler and Dorothy Struempfler. He is survived by: his children, Jeannette Maurer (Robert) and John Struempfler (Julia); his sister Janet Struempfler; his grandchildren, John, Emily, Jamie, Amanda, Kimberly and Tommy; and his great grandchildren, Blake, Bryce, Olivia, Ashton and Alayna.

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home (9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland, NY 13045).
