He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Prentice and Betty Prentice (McIntosh); and his siblings, Elmer Jr., Donald, William, Richard, Roger, John, Babe, Rose and Leona.
He is survived by: his fiancé Kim Perry; his children, Aliza Prentice-Gale (Kim) and David Prentice; his siblings, Mark, Ace, Penny, Patti and Tami; and his pet Babe.
