He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Meyer and Hazel Meyer; his significant other Phyllis H. Lawrence; his daughter Janice E. Meyer; his siblings, Raymond Martin (Sonny) and Mary Margaret Newman (Tootsie); and his brother-in-law Kevin Curley.
He is survived by: his children, Orin Meyer (Lori) and Jesse Shrauger (Howard); and his sisters, Irene Curley and Janet Fornear (Jeff).
