We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2021, at the age of 55, Duana M. McCarthy of Marathon, New York, born in Cortland, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cornelius and Verlyn Shufelt Cornelius; and her husband Timothy McCarthy. She is survived by: her daughters, Paige Kinner of Homer and Bailey McCarthy of Marathon; her grandchildren, Brayden and Graysen Holcomb of Marathon; and her siblings, Pat Pittsley of Cincinnatus, RaeAnn Cornelius of South Carolina and Jeff Cornelius of Cortland. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
