He is survived by: his father Gerald Holden; his wife Christy Holden; his sons, Nicholas Holden (Maranda) and Ryan Holden (Delaney); his siblings, Gerald Holden, Ralph Holden (Sarah) and Cathy Buckley; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Grace and Coty; and his parents-in-law, Michael, Carrie Pope, Kathi Maxson and Daniel Freelove (Allyson). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
