He is survived by: his mother Lori Tober; his children, Lillyanne and Jason; his grandmother Madolyn Sackett; his sister Kelsey Sackett; his aunts, Dale Sackett, Carol LaFlair (David), Dawn Chambers and Sandy Tuttle (Bill); his uncle Bill Chambers; his stepgrandmother Pat Tober; his significant other Amanda Castor; and his significant other's children, Cassidy and Chase.

A trust fund is being established for Justin's children, donations may be made to them, c/o Watertown Savings Bank.
