She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Conrad Weil and Celia Weil (Francis); her husband Dr. Byron Parsons; her grandson Spencer Parsons; and her children, Jeff Parsons (Lisa), Susan Viscomi, Julie McDougal, Jane Parsons, Franklin and Scott Parsons. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
