He is survived by: his wife Frances E. Martin (Martin); his children, Kevin Fuller (Dee) of Juno Beach, FL, Robin Fuller of Manlius and Deborah Oley (George) of Manlius; his grandchildren, Tiffany Fuller, Jessica Oley Rougeux (Christopher), Christopher Oley and McKenna Oley; and his great grandchildren, Hailee, Parker and Jack Hoaglen. He is also survived by several nieces nephews.
