We bid farewell to Millicent Welker of Manlius, New York, born in Liverpool, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 24, 2025 at the age of 91. Millicent touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Lyle. She is survived by: her sons, Douglas (Kristin) and David; and her sister Cathy Whipple (Auburn). She is also survived by six grandchildren.
