She was predeceased by: her siblings, Bill Fisher and Patricia Hudson. She is survived by: her husband Tom Lane; her children, Darcy Lane (Orr) of Dedham, MA, Kelly Hiller (Tom Hiller) of Westwood, MA and Rob Lane (Mirza Lane) of Franklin Lakes, NJ; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Lane, Emily Lane-Mejia, Christopher Lane, Rebecca Orr, Kimberly Orr, Daniel Hiller, Mathew Hiller and Olivia Lane; and her great grandchild Lucie Mejia.

Mary was also active with the American Heart Association, serving on the Central New York Board of Directors, and contributed her time to many other organizations in the Syracuse area during her lifetime.
